Artist's Description
I painted this work from a photo I took on vacation at Topsail Beach, NC. I loved the photo for its dramatic light, the aqua blue colors of the sea and the way the tide was flowing back to the ocean over the sand. The original painting is done with oil pastels on 9x12 archival sanded paper.
